A risk sheet is helpful when scouting your location, as the greater amount of risks on set, the less likely a location scouter will be to select the setting. I purposefully chose a 'low risk' location of a modern house as I knew there would be little to no risks. All risks mentioned were read aloud to the actors before filming commenced.
